Second, we monitor the systems to ensure things are happening like they should. We very often detect problems early, avoiding bigger, more costly problems.
Finally, we try to be prepared for any problem that may occur. We have access to connect to computer remotely. We can connect and fix problems, install and remove software. That means fewer trips to the repair shop.
